The Chef's Table Didier Aniès, M.O.F

Elegance & Creativity

The Château de la Tour hotel is a wonderful private home. By appointing Chef DIDIER ANIES as head of its kitchens, the Château’s table becomes a must of elegance and inventiveness. As a highlight, a unique title in Cannes, DIDIER ANIES is Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000.

In this setting, the table plays the exclusive card. It is open to outside customers. Every day, at lunchtime and in the evening, the menus offered are prepared by the Chef himself. Depending on the seasons, the market and the vegetable garden, it is above all the inspiration, even the imagination of the Chef that is the main factor. The place is so inspiring…

Passionate, he attaches importance to the work carried out by his team, with the ethic of creating a refined and delicate cuisine. The quality of the products, the seasoning, the cooking, combined with dexterity, all express themselves in the heart of the plate.

Originally from the South West, he comes from a family of wine growers. His first 10 years, spent in the countryside, built him up and gave him a taste for the terroir and the healthy life. In the park of the château, he has set up a vegetable garden and a herb patch, the harvests of which will enhance the finesse and authenticity of his dishes with their textures and scents.
